András Baneth is an entrepreneur, author and expert on the European Union. With 7 years of experience working for various EU institutions, he is also the co-founder of EU Training, EU Course, EU Academy, founder of Speakerhub, and runs workshops globally on advocacy, communication and strategy.

Jan has extensive experience in people development and management in both public and private sectors, including being a head of unit at the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC), and has served on EPSO Selection Boards. He now operates as an independent trainer, focusing on personalised coaching and preparation for the EPSO Assessment Centre.
